Payment & Refund Policy – Sooq Station App

1. Payments
1.1 Sooq Station app allows users to purchase digital services like promoting ads, increasing max ads count, or subscribing to paid packages through secure and certified payment gateways.

1.2 Once the payment is completed, the service activates automatically or shortly after, and a confirmation or receipt is sent to the user.

1.3 Paid services cannot be modified or transferred to another account.

2. Refund Policy
2.1 All payments are final and non-refundable, whether the service was used or not, unless otherwise decided by the app management in exceptional cases.

2.2 Since the services are electronic and activated instantly, the user explicitly waives any right to refund under applicable laws.

2.3 In case of technical payment errors (e.g. double charge or activation failure), users must contact support within 3 business days with proof.

3. Service Cancellation by Management
3.1 Sooq Station management reserves the right to suspend or cancel any paid service in cases like misuse, violation of terms, or suspected fraudulent activity, without compensation.

4. Taxes and Fees
4.1 Transactions may be subject to additional taxes or fees depending on country or payment method, borne by the user.

5. Receipts
5.1 Electronic receipts are issued for every payment and sent via app or registered email.

5.2 Users should keep receipts for reference.

5.3 Management reserves the right to modify receipt issuance systems without prior notice.

5.4 If no receipt is received within 7 days, contact support.

5.5 Receipts are not tax invoices unless explicitly stated.

5.6 Some services may have additional fees detailed in receipts.

5.7 Management may review or reissue receipts if technical or administrative errors occur.

6. Acknowledgment and Agreement
6.1 By using Sooq Station and completing purchases, you acknowledge and agree to all terms herein.
